Founded in 2012 under the Indian companies act 1956, Mads Communications Private Limited is a registered company and files its taxes with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
Our team has a combined experience of over 45 years in Media, Corporate Communications, Corporate Trainings as well as Audio-Visual Communication and Creative Writing, Photography and Film production
We have the combined capabilities of an event expert, art and aesthetic communications hub, video production company, and post-production house.
We specialize in: Documentary Films, Public Interest and Awareness Short Films, Jingles, Industrial and Commercial Films for Industries, Photography, Art Exhibitions and related Events.
We take up photography and design assignments as well as Event planning apart from producing documentaries, animations and other audio-visual productions.
Our strategy to photography and other design assignments is similar (though less complicated) to the one on the right that discusses in detail about documentary or animation production.

Reccee, if needed / Script Writing:
We collaborate on a script that needs to be approved before we move ahead. It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks time.
Storyboard:
start sketching out a storyboard…idea is to make things as clear as possible. We usually create content for approval in English even for regional language films like Hindi or Punjabi, so we all are on the same page.
Moodboard:
After storyboard is approved by the client, we move into moodboard. For fiction films, this step is where actors are chosen.
Video Production:
We finally get down to shooting the video to create a rough cut.
Sound Design:
Sound creation and voice over comes in now.
Rough Cut:
After a few weeks, an almost ready film is in front of you. At this stage, you can get your changes incorporated, if any.
Final Cut:
Finally everything is ready with final edits, graphics, sounds. A final change or insertion can be accommodated at this stage.
Done:
Finally, all that effort culminates into a final product and you are ready to put your video investment to use.
Mads Communications works with a panel of very talented and creative professionals on a rotating basis. Our pool of photographers, cinematographers and editors have an extensive experience of working with national media houses and on films, while many have won prestigious awards and other laurels.
Similarly, for our content work, we have excellent consulting editors, some of whom are professors and teachers in renowned institutions with international work exposure.
This ensures, any product that comes out bearing the name of Mads is evaluated with highest standards…. And so it isn’t about “just a comma” or “a silly grammatical error” ever!

ABOUT
Shivani Pandey’s journey has been unique. Starting out as a management professional, her creative soul seeked something creative so she learnt photography, a childhood passion, leaving behind a lucrative corporate career… Writing and films followed soon where her focus has been on social issues.
In a career spanning more than a decade she has worked with the most renowned international NGO’S. Her work, in the form of writing, photography and films directed by her, mostly includes art, culture and public health.
She has to her credit published works in national and international magazines in English, Hindi, French and Spanish.
Having learnt the nuances of photography from renowned photographer Mr. O.P Sharma at Triveni Kala Sangam in New Delhi, she had the opportunity to learn from a living legend. While her work as a photojournalist with a national newspaper helped her evolve and mature both at the professional and personal level.
Shivani regularly participates in debates and discussions on different platforms, is called in to lecture by various universities and colleges and has also been a jury member for prestigious film festivals.
She writes on her blog called ‘presbyopic’ at the Times of India.
Besides writing and films, Shivani has lent her voice to shows on the radio as also a few shows on the National TV, DD.
